It gives us great pleasure that via this site, we’re able to give you a little glimpse into our dojo. Located in the heart of Paris, we welcome you into our 250m² space exclusively reserved for martial arts, Ju-Jitsu in particular.
Our club offers lessons for adults and sessions reserved only to children. For adults, lessons are during the day, evening and weekends. Beginner’s, experienced and all-level lessons are offered. We also hold themed sessions which allow you to perfect a particular field. We also hold regular improvement workshops. For juniors, lessons take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays of course, but also throughout the week after school. The lessons put students together in set age groups which results in greater safety. We use traditional martial arts instruction methods in our dojo. This means each person can individually improve, whatever their age, physical condition or technical level. Through practicing Ju-Jitsu – our main discipline – adults will discover a very effective method of self-defence because, above all, it’s realistic as well as accessible to all. For one, with the aid of very concrete teaching methods, technique acquisition is very easy. In addition to this very complete knowledge of technique, the methods will greatly increase your confidence. Furthermore, an intense physical workout will develop such qualities as suppleness, muscle toning and will improve your general level of fitness. Our teaching focuses greatly on the moral value of self-control and respecting others. It sets itself apart from other particular styles by not being a "school of violence". Atémi-Waza (a more physical striking approach) and our Judo-Ju-Jitsu will become most complementary to a discipline already very rich in technique. The younger members will discover a completely risk-free discipline through the study of Ju-Jitsu and/or Judo. They will be able to develop and have fun whilst simultaneously developing qualities such as flexibility, suppleness and skill. They will also learn about social life via traditional disciplines. Visiting our site is fantastic, but visiting the dojo is even better! So get down to our tatamis as soon as possible! ! One final thing: We accept beginners throughout the year.
